This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ngage, available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.   • Contacts: With your permission, we access your device contacts to help you connect with people you know on ngage.
  • Camera & Microphone: Used for video/audio calls and capturing photos or videos within the app.
  • Device Information: Device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Usage Data: Features you use, time spent in the app, and interaction logs.
  • Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
  • Push Notification Tokens: To send you notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
  • Log Data: IP address, app crashes, and performance data.

Permissions We Request
  • Camera: For profile photos, video calls, and in-app media capture
  • Microphone: For voice and video calls
  • Contacts: To help you find friends on ngage (read-only, never uploaded without consent)

  • Storage / Files: To upload and share media files
  • Phone State: To manage call interruptions
  • Bluetooth: For audio routing during calls

All permissions are requested at runtime and can be revoked at any time via your device settings.

Your data is stored on secure Firebase and cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Once deleted, your profile, messages, media, contacts, and activity cannot be recovered.

Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and other data to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings:
